Kenneth Decook is a disabled veteran and deputy sheriff in Louisiana. He joined the Army in 2003 as a Military Police Officer, deploying to AR Ramadi, Iraq from 2005-2006. Shortly after returning from his deployment in 2006, he started his civilian law enforcement career in South Louisiana until 2016.

For reasons that he still questions, he returned to Active Duty, being stationed at Fort Carson, Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, and Fort Polk as a Traffic Accident Investigator. In 2021, he returned to civilian law enforcement and is currently assigned to the patrol division and water patrol. He has previously been assigned to DWI and High Crime Task Forces. Kenneth is married with 4 kids and coaches softball and enjoys spending his free time on his boat.
