Bidding
What you need to know about bidding in Collectible Valor.
- When you place a bid on an online auction item, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller if you are the winning bidder.
- The winning bid is the highest bid placed at the close of the auction.
- Bids are set to a preset interval to avoid penny raises.
- As an auction reaches the last minute, if another bid is received the auction will reset to one minute remaining. This will avoid sniping and helps to achieve the most return for the non-profit organization being supported.
- When the bidding closes at the scheduled time, the item is sold to the highest bidder.
- All bids are final. Once you have placed and confirmed a bid, your bid cannot be retracted except in the case which would violate the law.
